OIPMAC offers a full calendar of member events and programs, including professional networking, professional development, general interest, and career development sessions, developed by local Program Planning Councils.

In addition to providing excellent networking opportunities, these events enrich members’ professional experience by enabling ongoing development through strategic business orientation to diverse economic environments and markets. OIPMAC events advance the SCM body of knowledge by drawing on the expertise of thought leaders from academia, business and government.

Types of Member Events

Professional Development eligible for Certified SCMP maintenance credits - speakers, webcasts, workshops, best practices roundtables.

General Interest - provides activities of interest to the SCM community as well as the general public. (e.g. plant tours, vendor fairs, personal development).

Career Development - provides students, new Certified SCMPs and mid-career Certified SCMPs with programs to plan or advance their career in Supply chain. (E.g. career-oriented improvement workshops)

Professional Networking - dinner and speaker, breakfast meetings, luncheons, cocktail receptions, etc.
