Greg McMillan

I am an ambitious and industrious individual.  I have graduated from McMaster University with an economics specialist degree.  I am currently part of a buying group for the hospitals in the Greater Toronto Area.  My accountabilities include procurement, business analysis, and implementation/support for e-procurement solutions.  I am actively exploring innovative procurement methods to help increase efficiency.  My motivation stems from my desire to improve the Ontario healthcare industry by saving our hospital resources to be reinvested in patient care.

Supply chain management is proving to be the future of strategic business.  PMAC’s new program is providing me with the tools I will need to excel my career. The Supply Chain Management Leadership Program has more than exceeded my expectations. My course studies have conditioned my problem solving and analytical abilities, leading me to strive towards optimal and efficiency solutions.

The course material has been directly applicable to both my personal and work responsibilities.  The instructors are doing an amazing job relating the course content to their work experience.  This has helped me fully understand the importance of the exercises we work through each module.
