Jennifer Mammoliti is on her way up the corporate ladder in the supply chain industry and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and get the job done. With over four years of experience in the field, she is determined, ambitious and always striving for high-end results.
“I feel Supply Chain Management is allowing me to develop and fine tune my skills gained both from my operations management studies as well as work experience. In addition, the interactive workshops allow me to intermingle with others in the industry where we can share our experiences and give each other advice."
In her final year of the Business Administration - Operations Management advanced diploma program at Centennial College in Toronto, Jennifer was discovered by SMTC, an electronics manufacturing services provider. She gained experience in support manufacturing schedules and demands while minimizing inventory liability and interaction with suppliers to successfully transition over to Q9 Networks. Q9 Networks is a leading Canadian provider of outsourced data centre infrastructure for organizations with mission-critical IT operations. Moving from her initial role as Purchasing Specialist to the newly created position of Purchasing Supervisor, her responsibilities now include assisting in vendor selection, reviewing supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with process control, monitoring vendor performance and administer the purchasing function for Q9.
This dynamic individual enjoys developing strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors and customers, as well as creating communication channels for critical information and operational improvements.
“As a team we must work collectively to meet both external and internal customer demand. I feel SCM should be the forefront of the organization’s agenda. Successful supply chain management will reduce operating costs and allow for organizational growth while meeting customer demands.”
