First time user or resetting your password?
You must be logged in for the following:

First time user or resetting your password?
- Visit www.ontarioinstitute.ca/members
- Input Login: (Your Membership ID#)*
- Leave the password field empty
- Click “Reset my password”
- Input your email address you receive OIPMAC email notifications to and click submit
- An email will be sent to this email address from the administrator with a link.
- Click on the link and enter your new password in the field provided.
- You can now log in and begin!

Maintaining Personal Information
- To modify your personal information click on YOUR NAME / ID# on the left side of the screen.
- Click the EDIT button in the top bar above your personal information.
- Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page
- Please review your information to ensure the changes have taken effect

Registering For Events/Seminars/Courses
- Events can be searched by entering event information into the fields provided. For a complete list of events simply click search (leave all the fields blank).
- Click on the event/seminar/course you would like enroll into.
- Click CHECK-OUT under the event/seminar/course name at the bottom of the screen.
- Input your information into the required fields and click CHECK-OUT at the bottom of the screen.
**All transactions are secure and conducted through VERISIGN Payment Services.**

Renewing Your Membership
- Click e-billing reminder under your profile information or on the top right menu bar.
- Click check-out under the total of the membership dues.
- Input payment information into the required fields.
- Click check-out at the bottom right of the screen below all the information. (Important: Only click check-out once and wait for confirmation)

Participating In Discussion Forums and Online Communities
- Click on Communities at the top of the webpage.
- Click GLOBAL PREFERENCES on the right side of the screen.
- Click on the SUBSCRIBE button for the community you would like to participate in.
- Click on the name of your community to view its contents.
- To start a new discussion click “Create New Topic” on the top right
- To participate in a current discussion click on the topic name in the list and reply

Searching the Membership Directory
- Enter the LAST NAME of the person you are searching for – a minimum of the first two letters
- If you see “The search returned more than 100 rows” you must enter the complete LAST NAME.
