Today, however, the term can relate to any company and the use of this planning is very comprehensive. Study: Leaders have better talent management skills

Talent Management is the key to higher earnings, a more efficient company, and a smoother-running supply chain, according to research by the advisory firm The Hackett Group. The results show that companies with "mature talent management capabilities" have 18 percent higher earnings than typical Global 1,000 companies, along with "significantly" higher net profit margins and higher returns on equity and assets.
